This study, conducted between 2018 and 2019 by the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad San Sebastián, the Judiciary, and Fundación Amparo y Justicia, was carried out to contribute to the implementation of Law 21.057. A qualitative investigation was conducted, during which 16 judges from different jurisdictions across the country were interviewed to understand their perception of the changes that would result from the implementation of this law. Along with identifying a series of facilitators and obstacles, some recommendations are provided for the implementation of this public policy.
