Protocol of Article 31, Letter B of Law 21.057: “The interinstitutional coordination standards that allow children and adolescents, victims or witnesses, to receive support and access resources for the protection of their physical and mental health, in a timely and efficient manner.”
The protocol establishes criteria for determining measures to protect the physical and mental health of children and adolescents, setting efficiency and timely access standards, and defining methods for interinstitutional referral and follow-up.
