The document presents a series of guidelines and best practices for online training in video-recorded investigative interviews, created to provide technical material for the redesign of interviewer training programs within the framework of the implementation of Law 21.057.
The report synthesizes information gathered from specialized documentation on the subject, as well as interviews with experts and professionals from various international organizations that offer online training programs in investigative interviewing.
The first part outlines general pedagogical guidelines for e-learning, while the second part summarizes some national and international experiences with online training programs for interviewers. Finally, some recommendations are presented for the challenges in Chile regarding the adaptation and implementation of virtual interviewer training courses.
