The webinar “Digital transformation for monitoring sex crimes against children and teens” will take place on Friday, August 2. It will present the first free digital platform that shows statistics of sex crimes against children and teens.
We are pleased to announce the new launch of the Fundación Amparo y Justicia Statistics Center (CEFAJ). It is the first digital and free platform that shows statistics of sex crimes against children and teens, making it easier to access to this information in an interactive and straightforward way.
This online tool, developed by Fundación Amparo y Justicia with the technical support of Data UC, was produced based on information provided by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and requested by the Transparency Act.
To celebrate this milestone, the webinar “Digital transformation for monitoring of sex crimes against children and teens” will be held on Friday August 2 at 10:00 AM, broadcasted by Emol TV.
The transmission will include a conversation panel with:
- Matías Walker, Senate Vice President and member of the Family, Childhood, and Adolescence Commission.
- Orlando Rojas, Executive Director of Laboratorio de Gobierno.
- Karen Guzmán, Director of Specialized Unit for Sexual Crimes and Sexual Exploitation of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
