At its twelfth session, the Intersectoral Group met to advance the articulation of proposals within a systemic framework, with the aim of strengthening the institutional response and ensuring the effective implementation of measures to prevent and investigate suspicious deaths and homicides of children and adolescents.<\/em><\/p>\n

The meeting sought to integrate the initiatives developed in previous sessions into a shared vision, identifying how each proposal connects with the overall functioning of the system. This work allowed participating institutions to analyze processes, roles, and responsibilities in order to ensure that the solutions are not only relevant, but also feasible and coherent in their implementation. <\/p>\n

The session promoted a collective analysis aimed at identifying the enabling elements needed to consolidate a more integrated response to cases of suspicious deaths and homicides of children and adolescents.<\/p>\n

Webinar Series on Child Homicide<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the Intersectoral Group\u2019s collaborative work, a series of free webinars on child homicide is being held, featuring leading international experts.<\/p>\n

The second session of the series will take place on Friday, November 21 at 12:00 p.m., and will feature a presentation by Dr. Marta Cohen, pediatric pathologist, Head of the Histopathology Department at Sheffield Children\u2019s Hospital, and Honorary Professor at the University of Sheffield. <\/p>\n

The activity will be streamed via Zoom and requires prior registration at the following link: bit.ly\/Registro-ciclo-webinars<\/a>.<\/p>\n
