In its eleventh session, the Intersectoral Group met to deepen, adjust, and validate the ideas developed during the previous meeting.<\/em><\/p>\n

The session aimed to explore underlying assumptions, tensions, and critical aspects in order to prepare solution ideas for the next stage of work, which will focus on assessing their feasibility and identifying the enabling factors required for implementation. To do this, participants took on the role of consultants and analyzed the initiatives presented by the other teams. <\/p>\n

This dynamic helped strengthen the collaborative process, fostering critical and constructive reflection aimed at developing more robust and feasible solutions for the prevention and investigation of homicides of children and adolescents.<\/p>\n

Webinar series on child homicide<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the Intersectoral Group\u2019s collaborative work, a series of webinars on child homicide will take place in October and November, featuring renowned international experts from the United Kingdom. The first session will be held on October 16 and led by Dr. Joanna Garstang, a specialist in multi-agency child death reviews, while the second will take place on November 21 and be led by Dr. Marta Cohen, an expert in forensic pediatrics and child death review protocols. <\/p>\n

These activities seek to strengthen inter-institutional coordination and learning through the exchange of best practices and international experiences in the prevention and investigation of child deaths.
