{"id":18197,"date":"2020-03-11T13:28:07","date_gmt":"2020-03-11T16:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amparoyjusticia.cl\/presidente-de-la-corte-suprema-recibe-a-nuestra-fundacion\/"},"modified":"2020-03-11T13:28:07","modified_gmt":"2020-03-11T16:28:07","slug":"presidente-de-la-corte-suprema-recibe-a-nuestra-fundacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amparoyjusticia.cl\/en\/presidente-de-la-corte-suprema-recibe-a-nuestra-fundacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente de la Corte Suprema recibe a nuestra Fundaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Como testimonio de la estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n existente entre el Poder Judicial y Amparo y Justicia, el reci\u00e9n asumido Presidente de la Suprema, Guillermo Silva G\u00fcndelach, recibi\u00f3 al Presidente de la organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro, Ram\u00f3n Su\u00e1rez y a su Gerente General, Paulina Leiva.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Durante el encuentro, se convers\u00f3 sobre los desaf\u00edos que implica la correcta puesta en marcha de la Ley 21.057 de Entrevistas Videograbadas. \u201cComo venimos haciendo desde hace a\u00f1os, ofrecimos nuestra colaboraci\u00f3n al Poder Judicial para contribuir, desde un \u00e1mbito t\u00e9cnico y externo, en la formaci\u00f3n de los jueces\u201d, sostuvo el abogado Su\u00e1rez.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Otro tema abordado fueron las actividades conjuntas que se llevar\u00e1n acabo este a\u00f1o. Espec\u00edficamente, Amparo y Justicia colaborar\u00e1 con la formaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s instructores de la Academia Judicial; en la capacitaci\u00f3n continua de los intermediarios acreditados y en la versi\u00f3n 2020 de su Diplomado sobre delitos sexuales acept\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de dos jueces de oral en lo penal y de un relator de la Corte de Apelaciones de Arica.<\/div>\n<div>Cabe destacar que el impacto e importancia de esta Ley qued\u00f3 de manifiesto en el discurso que el Presidente de la Suprema brind\u00f3 al inaugurar el a\u00f1o judicial, el pasado 2 de marzo, ceremonia en la que se refiri\u00f3 al valor que tienen las \u201cmaterias que abordan tanto la esfera m\u00e1s \u00edntima del ser humano, como son los asuntos de familia, cuya complejidad en muchos casos implica necesariamente emitir pronunciamientos acerca de los Derechos de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes de nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como testimonio de la estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n existente entre el Poder Judicial y Amparo y Justicia, el reci\u00e9n asumido Presidente de la Suprema, Guillermo Silva G\u00fcndelach, recibi\u00f3 al Presidente de la organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro, Ram\u00f3n Su\u00e1rez y a su Gerente General, Paulina Leiva.
