De esto dan cuentan sus ex\u00e1menes psiqui\u00e1tricos y psicol\u00f3gicos, -a los cuales tuvimos acceso en el marco del juicio oral- y que consignan que Riveros Retamal presenta sintomatolog\u00eda patol\u00f3gica, alta tendencia a involucrarse en delitos de car\u00e1cter sexual y notables niveles de agresividad. Por tanto, el cumplimiento efectivo de su condena contribuye, sin lugar a dudas, al proceso de reparaci\u00f3n de nuestros representados\u201d, sostuvo Ram\u00f3n Su\u00e1rez, presidente de Fundaci\u00f3n Amparo y Justicia, organizaci\u00f3n que desde hace 20 a\u00f1os apoya legal, psicol\u00f3gica y socialmente a familias que han perdido a un hijo o hija por el delito de violaci\u00f3n con homicidio.<br \/>La Comisi\u00f3n de Libertad Condicional de Maule estuvo integrada por el Ministro de la Corte de Apelaciones de Talca Mois\u00e9s Mu\u00f1oz Concha; la jueza Oral en lo Penal Gretchen Demandes Wolf; y los jueces de Garant\u00eda Am\u00e9rico Castro Figueroa, V\u00edctor Rojas Oyarce y Humberto Paiva Passero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
