Durante la sesi\u00f3n, que fue celebrada de forma telem\u00e1tica, entreg\u00f3 observaciones sobre las iniciativas del proyecto de ley que modifica el c\u00f3digo penal, espec\u00edficamente en el delito de homicidio simple y que est\u00e1 refundido con otras iniciativas que modifican el decreto ley n\u00b0 321 del a\u00f1o 1925 sobre libertad condicional, objeto de determinar mayores exigencias con el fin de obtener dicho beneficio. En su presentaci\u00f3n, el abogado precis\u00f3 la necesidad de incorporar modificaciones que consideren la participaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas como tambi\u00e9n exigir mayores requisitos para la postulaci\u00f3n de condenados que han cometido delitos graves, como son la violaci\u00f3n y homicidio de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes. En sus m\u00e1s de 22 a\u00f1os de existencia, la Fundaci\u00f3n ha representado legalmente a m\u00e1s de 40 familias que han perdido a un hijo o hija por ese tipo de delitos.
