Through the analysis of national and international legislative documentation, media information, discussions with relevant stakeholders, and data provided by the Civil Registry and the Judiciary, the report presents the main background and findings regarding the operation of the legal regulations governing accessory penalties for those convicted of crimes against children and adolescents in Chile, as well as the Disqualification Registry for working with minors.
