Attorney with a degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Specialist and renowned in matters relating to Criminal Procedural Law and Criminal Law. She has worked in the field of sexual and violent crimes and has become a point of reference in the study of the prosecution of these types of crimes. She is currently a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Between 2003 and 2007 she served as National Director of the Sexual and Violent Crimes Unit of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
