The document created by the Judiciary of the Republic of Chile establishes standards of care for vulnerable victims, aiming for appropriate access to justice for these groups, within the framework of the objectives of its 2015-2020 strategic plan. The protocol focuses on 5 vulnerable groups:
Persons with Disabilities.
Children and Adolescents.
Migrant persons and those subject to International Protection.
Indigenous persons, peoples, and communities.
Women victims of gender-based violence.
