Protocol of Article 31, letter I of Law 21.057: “The characteristics of the interviews, which will be conducted under standardized procedures, based on empirical experience and the results of the ongoing evaluation of the practice of interviewers, as well as on the existing technical knowledge in the field.”
The protocol regulates the implementation of the Videotaped Investigative Interview and the Intermediation of the Judicial Statement.
