Protocol of Article 31, Letter H of Law 21.057: “The technical standards that the specialized training courses for interviewers must meet.”
The protocol establishes the minimum standards and objectives for training processes intended for interviewers who will conduct videotaped investigative interviews and facilitate the judicial testimony of children and adolescents. It regulates both Initial Specialized Training Courses (CIFE) and Continuing Education Programs (PFC).
