The instructions contain guidelines for the adaptation and implementation of procedures in centers with direct administration and in centers and/or programs managed by accredited collaborators of SENAME, to align them with the provisions of Law No. 21.057. The document places special emphasis on how to proceed in case of potential disclosures by children and adolescents that identify them as victims or witnesses of past or recent events that may constitute one of the crimes outlined in the law, which could be revealed through their daily interactions with professionals and staff members in these centers.
