Law 21.057 establishes that investigative interviews and the mediation of judicial statements with child and adolescent victims can only be conducted by accredited individuals who have passed the Initial Specialized Training Courses (CIFE). This report describes the design, implementation, and evaluation processes of the courses conducted by Fundación Amparo y Justicia in collaboration with the institutions linked to the law. The document also presents the regulatory aspects governing the training courses, along with information regarding the origin, formulation, and design of the courses, as well as the process of execution, evaluation, and adaptation of each version. The report concludes with the challenges for the execution of future CIFE courses and for the performance of interviewers.
