The article “Intermediaries in Chile: Facilitating the right of child victims and witnesses to participate and be heard in criminal trials,” written by professionals from Fundación Amparo y Justicia, was published in June 2022 in the International Journal of Evidence and Proof. It discusses the implementation of the judicial intermediary system in Chile one year after the application of Law 21.057, which regulates recorded interviews and other protective measures for child victims and witnesses of sexual and other serious crimes.
