Protocol of Article 31, letter D of Law 21.057: “The interinstitutional coordination standards that ensure the system of videorecorded investigative interviews and judicial statements of children and adolescents maintains, at all times, adequate territorial coverage at the provincial and regional levels.”
The protocol defines the operational standards, interinstitutional coordination, and system analysis to facilitate proper territorial coverage and the availability of interviewers to ensure the completion of videorecorded investigative interviews and judicial statement intermediations for children and adolescents.
